Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation for personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
Our guesthouse is a small accommodation with a limited number of rooms. When fully booked, we must turn away other potential guests. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from no-shows or tentative reservations made with the intention of canceling at the last minute. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
【 Standard Plan 】
- ）7 to 4 days before check-in: 30% of the total amount
- ）3 to 2 days before check-in: 70% of the total amount
- ）1 day before or on the day of check-in: 100% of the total amount
- ）No-show without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee
【 Private Rental 】
- ）14 to 8 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount
- ）7 days before check-in or later: 100% of the total amount
- ）No-show without notice: 100% of the total amount
※ Important Notes
If a guest shortens their stay after check-in, no refunds will be issued regardless of the number of days reduced from the original reservation.
However, in the case of unavoidable cancellations due to force majeure—such as flight cancellations—please contact us, and we will respond sincerely and do our best to accommodate the situation.
